Junior Legal Associate/Admin

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month


About the RoleCitizensetu is hiring a responsible, field-ready, and professionally driven Junior Legal Associate for full-time engagement. The role involves legal drafting, registrations, compliance handling, litigation coordination, operational management, client communication, and administrative responsibilities.

This position is ideal for candidates who are serious about building practical legal exposure beyond theoretical knowledge and are comfortable handling multi-functional responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities· Conduct legal research using online legal databases and government portals.


· Draft NDAs, rent agreements, legal notices, contracts, appointment letters, and other official documents.

· Draft letters and formal correspondence of all types.

· Handle statutory registrations such as RERA, GST, FSSAI, Shop & Establishment, and other compliance requirements.

· Track case status via court portals and maintain proper documentation records.

· Visit courts, government offices, client locations, and incident locations when required.

· Coordinate with police authorities, administrative departments, and other government officials.

· Handle all client calling work including inquiry calls, follow-ups, and case coordination.

· Manage complaint intake, complaint handling, and assignment to associates.

· Maintain structured case records and follow-up documentation.

· Assist in hiring process management and conduct new employee document verification.

· Prepare appointment letters and maintain employee records.

· Support overall operational work management of the organization.

· Write original legal blogs and structured legal content independently.

· Create and manage social media posts and monitor official social media accounts.

· Create educational legal awareness videos for digital platforms.

· Assist in organizing and hosting legal seminars, workshops, and conferences.


Eligibility Criteria· LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course) completed or in final year.


· Strong drafting and written communication skills.

· Comfortable with field visits including courts and incident locations.

· Ability to independently write structured legal content.

· Confident personality with professional conduct.

· Basic understanding of civil, corporate, criminal, and regulatory laws.
