Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Merchant with experience in bags, scarves, accessories, and fashion jewellery. The candidate will support product development, vendor coordination, and order execution to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for bags, scarves, accessories, and fashion jewellery.
• Assist in product sourcing, sampling, and development.
• Follow up on orders to ensure timely production and shipment.
• Monitor quality standards and resolve production issues.
• Maintain product data, costing sheets, and order records.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in merchandising (bags, scarves, accessories, fashion jewellery).
• Good knowledge of materials, trims, and fashion trends.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
