Job Description
About: Pahadi Source is a Himalayan honey and natural products brand. We're looking for a hustler who can place product standees and drive sales at high-footfall public locations across Noida/NCR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure high-traffic locations (cafés, co-working spaces, gyms, residential societies, corporate lobbies, organic stores) for standee placement
- Negotiate placement permissions with venue owners/managers
- Set up, maintain, and restock product standees regularly
- Track daily/weekly sales per location and report numbers
- Collect customer feedback and handle basic queries
- Coordinate with the logistics/inventory team for restocking
- Build and maintain relationships with venue partners
Must-Haves:
- Comfortable with daily fieldwork across Noida
- Basic Hindi + English communication
- Own two-wheeler (preferred)
- Smartphone with WhatsApp for daily reporting
- Self-motivated, no hand-holding needed
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior FMCG/D2C field sales or merchandising experience
- Familiarity with local Noida market/areas
