Roles & responsibilities

•Review documentation of controls to understand the processes and controls of Member Firms •Timely completion of testing for System of Quality Management (SoQM) controls in accordance with ISQM1 guidance for the member firms and discuss queries, if any with the supervisor. •Providing regular status update on the Testing progress to the Reporting Manager •Timely track any pending items / potential bottlenecks around completion & suitably flag such items to the MF SPOC for due redressal & closure. •Be a first POC for Analyst(s) / Executive(s) in the team and hand hold them for any understanding for documentation/query drafting/testing of controls •Lead Clarification Calls with Member Firms (whenever applicable) & appropriately embed relevant inputs in the Testing Documentation •Support AM / M in conducting knowledge sessions with MFs / internal training sessions / identifying potential improvement opportunities, Leading Practices on the controls tested.

 

Educational qualifications

•MBA Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience •CA with 1-2 years of experience

 

Work experience

•The candidate must have 1.5-2.5 years of work experience in Internal Audit/ internal controls testing in a similar environment (Audit and Accounting firms), preferably with a Big 4 firm.
