Job Location- Germany 

Salary :- Euros 2500- Euros 3500 / Month

As a Kindergarten Teacher Apprentice, you will support the development and well-being of children aged 0- 6 years in educational settings. You will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for learning and growth. Key responsibilities include planning and leading daily activities, assisting with caregiving tasks, supporting individual child development, observing behaviors, documenting progress, and assisting in the implementation of pedagogical methods. 

Key Tasks:

• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities (games, crafts, storytelling)
• Support individual learning and development of children
• Foster social interaction, cooperation, and independence
• Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians
• Observe and document child development and behavior
• Ensure Child safety and well-being at all times

Preferred candidate profile

• Age Range: 18- 28 years
• Gender: Male/Female
• Qualifications:
• High School Diploma (12 years of education)
• Completed vocational training (minimum 1 year) child care, Nursery Teacher training, Kindergarten Teacher training
• B.Ed/ B.El.Ed
• At least 6 weeks of practical experience/ Internship working with Children

Perks and benefits

• Training Phase Stipend: Euro 1,200/month
• During Ausbildung: Euro 1,300- 1,500/month (salary increases over the course of training)
• Starting Salary Post-Ausbildung: Euro 2,500- 3,500/month (increases over time)
