Job Description
We are Hiring kitchen Supervisor for South Indian Restaurant based at sector 18 noida, key responsbilities will be managing online, dine in and takeaway orders, Food quaility to be maintained and monitiored as per defined SOP and taste,Preparation of food item and keep cooking station ready for Rush hour(Lunch, Dinner), maintaining daily inventory, monitioring daily food preparation by chef, ordering daily consumpation items like vegitables and dairy item. monitioring Housekeeping and UT staff for keeping kitchen clean and hygiene . ensure that SOP of food preparation, Cleaning, Grooming to be followed by all kitchen staff.
