About this opportunity:

We at Ericsson are excited to present this opportunity for an Automated Operations Engineer. This role is critical to our operations, filled with responsibilities that aim to ensure our customers continuously enjoy services performing at utmost efficiency.

What you will do:

Good troubleshooting skills at all levels from application to network to host.

Should be able to understand Procedures in PL-SQL

Willing to working in the shifts in 24*7 Model

Operational support background in telecom

The skills you bring:

4-5 years exp in Telecom operations

Good knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL, UNIX

3-4 years exp in BSCS billing system

Good working knowledge of billing and Order Management

Mandatory to have good understanding of Telecom domain.

Good troubleshooting skills at all levels from application to network to host.

Should be able to understand Procedures in PL-SQL

Experience in scripting (Perl, Shell, Python, etc.)  is preferred.

Willing to working in the shifts in 24*7 Model
