Job Title: Laptop Technician

Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Location: Sector 155, Noida

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM | Monday to Saturday

Experience Requirement: 1–2 years of experience in laptop repair and refurbishment (Compulsory)

Skills Requirement:

• Must have strong knowledge of laptop disassembly and reassembly, including handling internal components like motherboards, cooling systems, keyboards, and screens.
• Strong understanding of troubleshooting hardware issues, diagnosing faults, and replacing damaged components.
• Ability to perform complete system diagnostics and thorough Quality Check (QC) before and after repair.
• Experience with BIOS settings, RAM/SSD upgrades, and system optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities:Disassemble and reassemble laptops with precision and care.

• Perform complete diagnosis of laptops to identify all hardware and minor software issues.
• Conduct full Quality Check (QC) to ensure every component (keyboard, ports, display, WiFi, battery, camera, speakers, etc.) is fully tested and working properly.
• Replace faulty components such as motherboards, screens, keyboards, batteries, and cooling fans.
• Clean internal components and apply thermal paste where necessary.
• Ensure laptops meet company QC standards before dispatch.
• Maintain proper reporting of diagnosed issues and repairs performed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety guidelines and handle electronic components responsibly.
• Coordinate with the team to meet daily repair and QC targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Laptop Technician.
• Ability to handle delicate electronic components with care.
• Basic understanding of software installation and OS troubleshooting (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail (especially during QC and final testing).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical ability to work with small components and stand for extended periods.
• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills, experience, and interview performance.
