• Material Knowledge: Understanding of different metal types, their properties, and how they respond to laser cutting. 
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders. 
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions. 
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in the cutting process. 
• Safety Consciousness: Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures. 
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. 
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. 
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in operating CNC laser cutting machines or similar equipment is often required.
