Lead Assistant Manager

  1. More than 6+ years of experience in Insurance industry and at least 4+ years of experience in Life, Health and Annuity. 
  2. Good business knowledge to understand the requirements
  3. Experience in writing Test Scenarios and test plan, test strategies documentation
  4. Executing test scripts, recording, reporting and reviewing the results
  5. Experience in Insurance product is important to have.
  6. analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
  7. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
  8. Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
  9. Strong innovation mindset, can bring and work on new ideas. Can define strategies to bring ideas into life, 
  10. Strong execution skills, able to drive things on own and deliver values to the organization
  11. Strong team player, having experience in managing teams and delivering results at his/her own or by leading the team.
