Lead Assistant Manager
- More than 6+ years of experience in Insurance industry and at least 4+ years of experience in Life, Health and Annuity.
- Good business knowledge to understand the requirements
- Experience in writing Test Scenarios and test plan, test strategies documentation
- Executing test scripts, recording, reporting and reviewing the results
- Experience in Insurance product is important to have.
- analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
- Strong innovation mindset, can bring and work on new ideas. Can define strategies to bring ideas into life,
- Strong execution skills, able to drive things on own and deliver values to the organization
- Strong team player, having experience in managing teams and delivering results at his/her own or by leading the team.
