Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – Azure
The Azure Cloud lead is responsible for designing, governing, and evolving cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure. This role focuses on enterprise scale solution design and maintain, security, performance, resiliency, and cost optimization while aligning technology decisions with business objectives.

Responsibilities
•    Design & maintain enterprise‑grade Azure cloud following Microsoft Well‑Architected Framework.
•    Lead cloud adoption, application modernization, and migration initiatives (re‑host, re‑platform, support).
•    Dev highly available, secure, and scalable solutions using services such as AKS, App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, and Networking.
•    Establish identity, security, and governance models using Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, Key Vault, and Azure Policy.
•    Design network topologies including hub‑spoke, landing zones, private endpoints, and hybrid connectivity.
•    Drive cost optimization and performance engineering using FinOps principles and Azure monitoring tools.
•    Review and validate solution designs, technical diagrams, and technical documentation.
•    Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, security, and enterprise architecture teams.
•    Act as a technical authority and advisor for complex Azure technical decisions.
•    Stay current with emerging Azure services, cloud patterns, and best practices.
•    Stay current with Microsoft .NET, Azure cloud services, and emerging technologies, including Generative AI.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
•    BE / BTech / MCA or equivalent degree.
•    Strong hands‑on experience develop and designing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
•    Deep knowledge of Azure compute, storage, networking, and security services.
•    Experience designing cloud‑native, microservices, or event‑driven architectures.
•    Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
•    
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Strong hands-on experience with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL, Storage, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
•    Experience designing Microservices and RESTful APIs.
•    Experience with Azure Landing Zones and enterprise governance models.
•    Hands on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform).
•    Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions).
•    Experience with hybrid cloud and on prem integration.
•    Exposure to Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, AI integration patterns, or Python is a plus.
•    Azure certifications are highly desirable.
