Inviting applications for the role of  Lead Consultant – Java Full Stack 

In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based microservices and full-stack applications. You will work in a fast-paced Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions using modern development practices and cloud-native technologies. 

Responsibilities 

• Design & Development 

• Develop and maintain scalable Java 8+ backend services using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. 

• Build responsive and dynamic front-end applications using Angular 13+. 

• Testing & Quality Assurance 

• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit and related testing frameworks. 

• Ensure code quality through peer reviews and automated testing pipelines. 

• DevOps & CI/CD 

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Github, CircleCI, and Jenkins. 

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of services. 

• Agile Collaboration 

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos. 

• Work closely with Product Owners, QA, and other developers to deliver features on time. 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• Hands on experience in Java application development and Maintenance . 

• Strong hands-on experience with: 

• Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices 

• Angular 13+, RxJS 

• JUnit and test-driven development 

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently 

• Excellent Interpersonal skills and effective communication skills to interact with Client  

• Ability to Mentor junior developers. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Strong hands-on experience with: 

• CI/CD tools: Git, Jenkins, CircleCI 

• Cloud platforms: GCP or similar 

• Kafka or other messaging systems 

• NgRx 

• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. 

• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Stack driver.
