Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – QA Playwright  

In this Role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript, following BDD principles with Cucumber. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and contribute to continuous improvement in automation practices. 

Responsibilities 

• Design and develop automation test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript 

• Implement BDD frameworks using Cucumber 

• Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage 

• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks 

• Execute automated test cases and analyse results 

• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation scripts 

• Ensure CI/CD integration of automation scripts 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field 

• Hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript 

• Strong understanding of BDD concepts and experience with Cucumber 

• Experience in writing and maintaining automation frameworks 

• Good understanding of software testing lifecycle and QA methodologies 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps 

• Knowledge of other automation tools like Selenium or Cypress is a plus 

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies 

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
