Positions: Telecaller/ Lead Handling / Lead managing (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

• We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team.

• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to effectively convey information over the call.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation of Health insurance.

• Leads just to make them eligible to get health insurance and subsidy benefits for their healthcare.

• No sale closing.

• No Product selling.

• No negotiations.

Education:

• Minimum [12th pass /graduate degree].

Preferred:

• Prior experience in Telecalling, sales, or customer service.

Communication Skills:

• Exceptional verbal communication skills in English.
