Lead Generation Executive

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and nurturing them through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients within target industries.
• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns using digital platforms such as LinkedIn, email marketing, and CRM tools.
• Manage outbound and inbound prospects through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria and optimize conversion rates.
• Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information.
• Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in lead generation, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.).
• Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly lead generation targets.
