Job Summary


The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers for the company’s products or services. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline of leads through research, outreach, and strategic marketing campaigns to support the sales team in meeting revenue goals.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, social media, and industry networks.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (budget, authority, need, and timeline).
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to generate interest and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) with accurate lead and contact information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns and optimize conversion rates.
  • Track, measure, and report on key lead generation metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries generated through digital marketing, events, and advertising efforts.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and lead databases.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and LinkedIn outreach is a plus.
  • Performance MetricsNumber of qualified leads generated per month/quarter.
  • Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
  • Accuracy and completeness of CRM data.
  • Timeliness and responsiveness of lead follow-up.
