We are now looking for a performance-driven Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to run powerful campaigns, generate high-quality real estate leads, and drive growth through digital platforms.


As a Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, running, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms. You’ll own the complete performance funnel from audience targeting to conversion ensuring every rupee spent brings in valuable leads that convert.


Key Responsibilities:


Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns across:


  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
  • YouTube Ads
  • Other relevant digital channels


  • Develop strategies for targeting, retargeting, and nurturing real estate audiences (NRI, investors, end-users).
  • Analyze and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Track performance metrics: CPL, CTR, ROI, lead quality, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce high-performing visuals and messaging.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance continuously.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and implement innovative strategies for real estate lead generation.
  • Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in real estate campaign management and lead generation.
  • Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of lead funnels, audience segmentation, and ad optimization.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and tracking lead performance.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of landing page builders (WordPress, Unbounce, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to work full-time from our Noida office.
