Job Description
What you'll do:
* Identify and build prospect lists – RWAs, factories, hospitals, commercial complexes using diesel gensets
* Reach out via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
* Qualify leads and hand them over to the sales team
* Maintain and update CRM/lead tracker
* Support AMC renewal campaigns for existing customers
Who we're looking for:
* 1–3 years of B2B lead generation or inside sales experience
* Comfortable with cold outreach (calls + digital)
* Good communication in Hindi & English
* Self-driven with the ability to work in a startup environment
* Knowledge of industrial/energy sector is a bonus
