Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in IBM Sterling OMS.
• Extensive experience in Java and Spring frameworks.
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka or similar messaging platforms
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• Strong understanding of relational databases (Oracle)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain microservices-based architecture using java and Spring Boot
• Oversee the Integration of Sterling OMS with various subsystems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product managers, QA to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability and reliability with a focus on system uptime and customer experience
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development lifecycle by proposing technical solutions and best practices.
