Job Title               :  Training Developer

Work Location     : Bengaluru

Experience           : 8-12Yrs.

Job Mode            : Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Ability to create on-demand eLearnings and training simulations in Adobe Captivate
• Ability to create in-app guidance using WalkMe
• Proven expertise in training development utilizing a variety of tools and vehicles including PPT, Word, PDF, and others to create Job aids and virtual instructor-led presentations
• Ability to use tools such as Adobe Express for video and microlearning creation
• Practical experience with changes in technology organizations including people, process, and technology change implementations
• Flexibility and resourcefulness; resilience in ambiguous situations
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions and levels in an organization
• Nice to have: Intermediate or sophisticated graphic design skills to support visual storytelling; experience with Adobe suite is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Change Managers, Program Managers, Product Mangers, and other program team roles to assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
• Design and create training programs for employees or customers potentially including a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
• Develop training materials.
• Coordinate training activities.
• Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
• Meet with program team members or subject matter experts to obtain information for use in training programs or to inform management of training program status.
