Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional Leasing & Property Management Executive – Commercial (IT/ITES Sector)
from the real estate industry to oversee the leasing and property management of our commercial properties located in Noida Sector 136 (52,000 sq. ft.) and Sector 154 (85,000 sq. ft.). The ideal candidate should have strong connections within the IT and ITES sectors and be capable of end-to-end leasing, tenant management, and property maintenance operations.
- Leasing & Business DevelopmentIdentify, approach, and negotiate with potential IT and ITES tenants for leasing space.
- Generate leads through direct contacts, real estate brokers, and corporate networks.
- Prepare and manage lease proposals, LOIs, and final agreements in coordination with legal advisors.
- Conduct property tours and presentations for potential clients.
- Ensure optimal occupancy levels while maximizing rental yields.
