Experience: 1–3 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer who can handle company legal work, ensure compliance, and support business decisions with proper legal guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents

Ensure the company follows all legal rules and regulations

Give legal advice to management and different departments

Handle company registrations, licenses, and compliance work

Manage legal risks and suggest solutions

Support in mergers, partnerships, and business deals

Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external lawyers

Protect company trademarks and other legal rights

Required Skills

Good knowledge of corporate and business laws

Strong drafting and communication skills

Basic understanding of compliance and legal procedures

Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Ability to work responsibly with confidential data

Qualification

LLB / LLM (mandatory)

Bar Council registration required

Preferred

Experience in corporate/legal firm

Knowledge of contracts and company law
