Position:Legal Executive / Legal Associate

• Eligibility:Freshers: LL.B. graduates or pursuing
• Experienced Candidates: 1–5 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, or banking legal work
• Key Responsibilities:Conducting title search and title investigation reports
• Verification of sale deeds, lease deeds, gift deeds, and chain of title documents
• Scrutiny of revenue records (Khatauni, Khasra, Gata, Chakbandi records, etc.)
• Legal due diligence for home loans, LAP, and mortgage cases
• Coordination with banks, NBFCs, sub-registrar offices, and local authorities
• Drafting and vetting of legal opinions, affidavits, agreements, and notices
• Supporting end-to-end legal documentation for real estate transactions

Skills Required: Basic knowledge of Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Stamp Laws

• Understanding of UP Revenue Records (preferred)
• Good drafting and documentation skills
• Ability to work with banks/NBFC legal teams
• Proficiency in MS Word and basic legal formats
