Key Responsibilities:

• Legal drafting including legal notices, replies, plaints, written statements, affidavits, applications, and agreements
• Assisting in consumer court cases, civil suits, criminal matters, and commercial litigation
• Court work including filing, case status checks, and coordination with court staff
• Legal research and case law analysis
• Assisting seniors during court hearings
• Client coordination and maintaining case files

Eligibility Criteria:

• Law Intern: Law students (3rd year onwards – 5-year course / 2nd year onwards – 3-year course)
• Junior Lawyer: Enrolled with the State Bar Council
• Basic knowledge of procedural laws (CPC, CrPC, Consumer Protection Act, NI Act, etc.)
• Good drafting and communication skills
• Serious interest in litigation practice

Preferred Skills:

• Prior internship or court exposure
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and grow in litigation

Duration & Stipend:

• Internship duration: As per mutual discussion
• Stipend: As per performance and experience
