🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on legal issues related to loan disputes, settlement cases, and documentation
• Draft and review legal notices, agreements, and client contracts and arbitration related documents.
• Coordinate with external advocates, courts, or legal bodies when necessary
• Maintain client legal records and ensure timely updates
• Explain legal terms and procedures to clients in simple language
• Ensure company activities are legally compliant
• Support the legal team during arbitration and conciliation proceedings

🔹 Required Qualifications:

• LLB (Bachelor of Laws) – mandatory
• LLM – preferred (especially in Corporate Law, Banking Law, or Contract Law)
• Strong understanding of legal procedures, client consultation, and document drafting
• Excellent communication in English/Hindi
• Freshers with strong legal knowledge and interest in financial law may also apply
