Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader for our Life Insurance vertical. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a sales team, driving life insurance business, meeting targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Life Insurance Sales Executives

• Achieve individual and team sales targets for life insurance products

• Train and guide team members on sales process and product knowledge

• Generate business through leads, references, and cold calling

• Monitor daily performance and prepare sales reports

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews

• Maintain strong customer relationships and handle escalations

• Ensure compliance with IRDAI norms and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Life Insurance sales/team handling

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to motivate and drive team performance

• Target-oriented with good negotiation and convincing skills
