Job Description

  • Prepare authentic Matka Dum Biryani using traditional techniques.
  • Develop and maintain a unique chef-special recipe (USP dish) for the brand.
  • Ensure proper dum process (sealing, heat control, layering) for perfect aroma and taste.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen operations during peak hours (Zomato/Swiggy orders).
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Handle raw materials, marination, and inventory efficiently.
  • Train junior staff or helpers if required.
  • Innovate new biryani flavors or combos for menu expansion.
