Job Description
- Prepare authentic Matka Dum Biryani using traditional techniques.
- Develop and maintain a unique chef-special recipe (USP dish) for the brand.
- Ensure proper dum process (sealing, heat control, layering) for perfect aroma and taste.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen operations during peak hours (Zomato/Swiggy orders).
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Handle raw materials, marination, and inventory efficiently.
- Train junior staff or helpers if required.
- Innovate new biryani flavors or combos for menu expansion.
