Line Leader

Lead and supervise the GPS assembly/production line on a daily basis.

Ensure production targets are met as per the plan and schedule.

Monitor line performance and minimize downtime and rework.

Ensure proper allocation of manpower on the line.

Ensure all GPS products are manufactured as per SOPs and quality standards.

Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure defect-free output.

Guide, train, and motivate line operators.

Monitor operator attendance, discipline, and productivity.

Good knowledge of electronics assembly and GPS manufacturing processes

Leadership and team-handling skills

Basic understanding of quality systems and SOPs

Ability to read work instructions and process documents

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
