Job Description:

We are looking for a Prodcution Supervisor (Textile) to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow on the production floor. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operations, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage workers and processes efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day floor activities and ensure production targets are met.

Coordinate between production, quality, and inventory teams.

Monitor attendance, discipline, and workflow of floor staff.

Ensure proper utilization of resources and maintain cleanliness on the floor.

Report daily operations and issues to the management team.

Maintain production timelines and ensure smooth communication across departments.

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience in operations or production management.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and organizational abilities.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
