Loan Advisor

Job Summary :-

The Loan Advisor is responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process, evaluating financial information, and recommending suitable loan products. This role combines customer service, financial analysis, and sales to help individuals or businesses secure financing that fits their needs while meeting regulatory and risk requirements.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Consult with clients to understand their financial goals, credit history, and borrowing needs
2. Explain available loan products, terms, interest rates, fees, and repayment options clearly and accurately
3. Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering required documentation
4. Analyze financial statements, credit reports, income verification, and other supporting documents
5. Assess loan eligibility and recommend appropriate lending solutions
6. Ensure compliance with lending regulations, company policies, and underwriting guidelines
7. Coordinate with underwriters, processors, and closing teams to move loans through approval
8. Communicate application status updates and resolve client questions or issues promptly
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and internal teams
10. Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including loan volume and customer satisfaction metrics
11. Stay informed on market trends, lending products, and regulatory changes

Qualifications & Skills :-

1. Proficiency with loan origination systems and CRM software
2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple applications simultaneously
3. Basic Computer Knowledge [ MS Office, Email ]
4. Must be target oriented and self motivated.
