Loan Executive

Job title: Telesales executive Company: Ava finserv is a growing financial services company focused on providing customized solutions in loans,it is a trusted financial services company delivering strategic and reliable financial solutions to business, startups and professionals.

We are seeking a motivated and target driven telesales executive with a finance background to join our team in sector-4. The role involves engaging with potential clients over call, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable financial products. 

Key responsibilities:

 Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.

 Promote financial products such as personal loans, business loans, insurance and investment solutions.

 Explain product details, benefits, interests rates, and eligibility criteria

 Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate financial solutions.

 Follow up with the leads and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.

 Achieve assigned sales targets and KPI’S on a daily and monthly basis.

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor degree in finance, business administration, or related field.

 Strong understanding of financial products and basic sales principles. Skills and Competencies

 Excellent communication and convincing skills.

 Strong negotiation and closing ability

 Basic financial knowledge

 Ability to work in a target- driven environment.

 Good Computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Experience

 0-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in financial services

 Freshers with any background and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
