Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Make outbound calls to potential for various loan products, including personal loans, overdraft etc.           

Product Explanation:

Explain loan products, features, benefits, and terms clearly to customers. Help customers understand the loan eligibility criteria and guide them through the application process.

Customer Follow-ups:

Follow up on leads, resolve queries, and close sales by encouraging prospective customers to apply for loans.

Meeting Sales Targets:

Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. 

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.

Data Entry & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and sales activities. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports as required.

Problem Resolution:

Address customer issues or concerns with professionalism and ensure smooth processing of loan applications.

Market Intelligence:

Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors' offerings, and customer feedback to improve sales performance.
