Loan Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

• Evaluate, verify, and process loan applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain and update records of loan documentation and customer information

• Assist customers with loan-related queries and provide timely support

• Ensure smooth and timely loan disbursal and follow-ups for collections

• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance service quality and reduce turnaround time

• Ensure compliance with lending policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

• Prior experience in loan processing, banking, telesales, or financial services preferred

• Good understanding of loan products, lending procedures, and basic regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail with good organisational abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with financial/ CRM software
