Job Description:
Faithful Finance Services is looking for a motivated and responsible Loan Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with loan products, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads for loan products
- Explain loan options, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation to customers
- Collect and verify customer documents accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams and banks/NBFCs for loan processing
- Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience in loan sales or financial services.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of loans (LAP Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan.)
- Ability to work with targets
