Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and convert leads for Personal Loans & Bank Overdraft products.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

• Understand customer needs and offer the right financial solutions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

• Mentor and guide team members (for Team Leader role).
