*Job Title:* Telesales Executive or Assistant Relationship Officer (ARO)

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-driven *Telesales Executive* to promote and sell financial products such as *Overdraft* and *Personal Loans*. The role involves interacting with potential customers through outbound calls using a VC dialer, explaining product features, understanding customer needs, and successfully closing sales.

* Overdraft

* Personal Loan

*Salary Package* : *1,80,000 to 3,00,000 + performance incentives*

*Key Responsibilities*

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using the VC dialer.

* Explain features, benefits, and eligibility of Overdraft and Personal Loan products.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.

* Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

* Address customer queries and provide timely and appropriate resolutions.

* Follow company policies, compliance standards, and sales processes.

*Eligibility Criteria*

* Experience of minimum 6 months can apply.

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Basic understanding of the sales process.

* Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
