Job Description

Guide and manage a team of salespeople to reach their own and the team’s sales goals.
Give daily or weekly targets to team members and make sure they follow up with customers on time.
Train and support the team to help them do better in their jobs.

Make and share daily or weekly sales reports with the managers.
