We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling personal loan products to potential customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and existing customer databases.

* Identify potential customers and explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

* Maintain good relationships with clients to build trust and encourage repeat business.

* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for personal loan products.

* Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.

* Maintain proper records of customer interactions and loan applications.

* Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and RBI guidelines.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements.

* Minimum: Graduate (any stream).

* Experience: 0–2 years in sales (Banking/NBFC experience preferred, but freshers can also apply).
