🔷 Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Success Officer (Telecaller) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound & outbound calls, educate customers about our personal loan and overdraft products, and ensure high-quality service throughout the customer journey.

• 🔷 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loans and overdraft products.
• Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements clearly.
• Handle inbound queries and provide prompt and accurate solutions.
• Follow up with leads to ensure smooth application processing.
• Maintain daily call logs, customer records, and follow-up schedules.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, and sales) for smooth loan processing.
• Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to team performance goals.
• 🔷 RequirementsMinimum 6 months–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (preferably in finance/loans).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of personal loans/overdraft products is an advantage.
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
• Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
