Key Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers to understand their loan requirements and financial goals.
• Guide customers through loan options from multiple lenders (banks/NBFCs) and suggest the best-fit products.
• Collect and verify customer documents as per bank or NBFC norms.Coordinate with partner lenders for loan processing and approvals.
• Maintain daily lead follow-ups and track application status until disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional, transparent service.Achieve monthly disbursement and conversion targets set by the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in loan sales, telecalling, or customer acquisition (preferred from loan/finance industry).
• Good understanding of different loan products (Personal/Home/Business/LAP/Gold Loans or Credit Cards).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Goal-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
