Salary: Up to ■20,000 per month

Position: Personal Loan Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell personal loan products to customers.

- Handle inbound & outbound calls for loan requirements.

- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan options.

- Collect required documents and ensure proper verification.

- Maintain relationships with customers for repeat business.

- Follow up with customers through calls, messages, and emails.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

- Maintain MIS and update daily reports.

- Coordinate with the backend team for disbursement.

Skills & Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in personal loan sales (preferred).

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

- Strong communication & convincing skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email).

- Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
