Job Description
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels
- Promote and sell loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Auto Loans, etc.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
- Guide customers through the loan application, documentation, and disbursement process
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure timely processing
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and dealers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Stay updated on loan products, interest rates, and market trends
