Loan Team Leader

Team Management

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of loan officers / relationship executives.
• Allocate targets and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

Sales & Business Development (PL / BL)

• Achieve assigned disbursement, login, and revenue targets.
• Source quality loan proposals through DSA, referrals, and direct channels.
• Ensure proper documentation, eligibility checks, and timely file processing.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for faster turnaround time (TAT).

Overdue & Portfolio Management (OVD)

• Monitor overdue accounts and delinquency levels.
• Implement effective follow-up and recovery strategies.
• Support the team in resolution of NPAs and chronic overdue cases.
• Ensure adherence to collection ethics and compliance standards.

Process & Compliance

• Ensure all loan files comply with internal policies and RBI/regulatory norms.
• Maintain accurate MIS, reports, and portfolio data.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.

Customer Relationship

• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

Build long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.
