Job Title: Logistics & E-Commerce Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to manage our end-to-end logistics and e-commerce operations. The role involves handling stock arrivals, packaging & dispatch, shipment tracking, product photography, record maintenance, and uploading products on B2B portals such as Indiamart, TradeIndia, and others. The candidate will ensure smooth operational flow and contribute to strengthening our online presence.

Detailed Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management

• Receive, verify, and record incoming stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
• Organize Store/storage areas for easy accessibility and efficient workflow.

Packaging & Dispatch

• Supervise packaging of products as per company standards.
• Coordinate dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with courier/logistics partners for smooth shipment handling.

Shipment Tracking & Documentation

• Track shipments from dispatch to delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of shipments, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
• Prepare compliance-related documentation when required.

Product Photography & Records

• Capture clear, professional images of incoming stock and products.
• Maintain a digital archive of product images and related records.
• Ensure product details are well-documented for internal and external use.

E-Commerce & B2B Portal Management

• Upload product images, descriptions, and specifications on Indiamart, TradeIndia, and other B2B portals.
• Regularly update listings to reflect stock availability and new arrivals.
• Monitor inquiries and coordinate with sales/marketing teams for lead follow-up.

General Support

• Assist in related tasks within logistics, e-commerce, and record management.
• Provide operational support to management and other departments as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 0-3 years of experience in logistics, inventory, or e-commerce operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Indiamart/TradeIndia product upload processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Good communication skills for coordination with vendors and internal teams.
