Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Manage overall daily courier and logistics operations
- Lead, supervise, and motivate operations and delivery teams
- Handle key client relationships and resolve escalations
- Ensure timely pickup, sorting, dispatch, and delivery of shipments
- Monitor SLA, productivity, and operational performance
- Handle high-pressure situations including delays, peak volumes, and urgent consignments
- Coordinate with hubs, vendors, and internal departments
- Prepare MIS, performance reports, and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality standards
- Required Skills & Competencies:Strong team handling and leadership abilities
- Excellent client handling and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Smart, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) are mandatory
- Good command of MS Excel and logistics systems
