Job Description

  • Manage daily logistics operations: inbound / outbound shipments, loading/unloading, last-mile delivery and return processing.
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate transport vehicles and delivery resources for optimal route utilisation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Coordinate with courier partners, transport vendors, and internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Track shipment status and resolve delivery-related issues or customer escalations promptly.
  • Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery performance, and operational expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare periodic MIS reports, KPIs, and operational dashboards for management review.
  • Implement best practices in logistics planning, fleet utilization, and inventory management.
