Management Trainee - Commercial Real Estate Lease Administration

We are inviting applications for the role of MT, Commercial Real Estate
In this role, you will be responsible for lease administration services. Your role as part of the team will be to function as an overlay of existing domain experts and support in lease abstraction services for the client. 
Responsibilities
•    You would be required to work on commercial real estate lease document,
•    Including reading and extracting information basis the requirements.
•    In addition, you will also be responsible for updating the abstract in the Client Specific tools and applications.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
•    B.Com (P/H)/Economic (H)/MBA (Finance) or Equivalent
•    Meaningful experience in Commercial Real Estate industry and Lease Abstraction
•    Proficiency in Excel, communication skills & highly dedicated in approach
Preferred qualifications 
•    Commercial Real Estate Industry knowledge
•    Read/Write/Interpret English language documents
•    Paralegal experience
•    Understanding about lease administration
