Mercer is seeking candidates to join our CareerHub Team based in the Noida/Gurgaon office. This is a hybrid role that requires working in the office at least three days a week.

Manager – Career Consulting Delivery

What can you expect?

Under minimal guidance of experienced country consultants, contribute to the business through application of analytical techniques and methodologies on a range of projects across the Organizational effectiveness service offering

We will count on you for:

  • Deliver OE consulting projects across domains like Job Evaluation, Competency Framework, Career Architecture, Engagement survey analysis, Assessment and Development centre, Performance Management System by working closely with country consultants
  • Support delivery of client project work through research, analysis, apply relevant methodologies, attend consultant/ client meetings and create reports and presentations
  • Utilize secondary research techniques, proficiently gather and analyze data from diverse sources, conduct comprehensive reviews, and synthesize information to generate valuable insights that contribute to evidence-based decision making and recommendations for clients
  • Develop and maintain good understanding of Mercer publication reports
  • Ensure that project execution in line with SLA requirements, timelines and quality standards and ensuring high levels of internal and external client satisfaction
  • Clearly define hypothesis from data and find inferences
  • Identify and analyze trends in client data and suggest solutions
  • Involve in peer review activities whenever required
  • Create and review process related SOPs for training purposes
  • Develop own and team’s capability through informal and formal learning opportunities
  • Participate and lead internal projects to improve talent, quality, service delivery and internal efficiency/effectiveness
  • Lead knowledge sessions to mentor new members of the team
  • Support the Hub Leader in executing short and long term plans for the development of the team

What you need to have: 

  • Knowledge of HR domain concepts preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Statistics
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Advance business communication skills including mail drafting, conference calls, etiquettes
  • Client centric mindset
  • Project management skills
  • Well organized with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work with multi-cultural teams/ clients
  • Good Team player
  • Analytical skills and the capacity to interpret qualitative and quantitative data
  • Capability to think, articulate and write logically
  • Aptitude and passion for problem solving and creative thinking with the ability to structure analyses and undertake them in a logical and efficient manner
  • Detail orientation and high quality outputs
  • Experience of working independently with no supervision

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 4-7 years’ experience overall

Education:

  • Candidates with MBA HR tier 2 colleges with 4+ years’ experience in a Line HR Role / Talent & Performance management role
