✅ About Party Capitol
Party Capitol Goa is India’s first curated luxury NYE experience, bringing together the country’s finest Villas, Artists, Clubs, Chefs & Wellness experts into one unforgettable 3-day celebration. This is the first from the series of Luxury & Experiental events to take place.
✅ Role Overview
We are looking for someone who lives and breathes the travel industry — someone who already has deep relationships with travel agents, boutique travel planners, concierge services, HNWI travel consultants, and luxury vacation sellers.
Your primary responsibility:
- Build partnerships with travel agencies and drive B2B sales for our curated luxury experiences.
We want someone who understands luxury, experience design, and relationship-driven selling.
✅ Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, onboard & manage partnerships with:
• Premium travel agents
• High-end concierge services
• Luxury tour operators
• HNI/Corporate travel planners
2. Generate B2B sales for Party Capitol Goa and future experiential events.
3. Conduct product presentations (online/offline) to travel partners.
4. Build a strong partner funnel and track conversions.
5. Own the relationship end-to-end:
• follow-ups
• negotiations
• closing bookings
• smooth coordination with internal team
6. Attend industry events & networking meetups to grow the partnership ecosystem.
✅ Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who
• Has existing strong connections in the travel industry
• Understands luxury travel & experiential travel segment
• Is a natural at relationship building & consultative selling
• Is proactive, driven and hungry to build something BIG
✅ Requirements
• 7 years experience in travel / hospitality sales
(preferably luxury villas, premium resorts, DMCs, concierge services)
• Existing network of premium travel agents
• Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi)
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with frequent travel & networking
Past experience with villa sales / luxury travel is a huge advantage.
