Manager - Training

We are inviting applications for the role of - Manager – Training!

In this role, you will be leading a set of Trainers & Subject Matter Experts. You will be focused on Knowledge Transfer, Knowledge Management & Retention of Process knowledge for all our clients. Also, you will be expected to be passionate about leading the effort on building and maintaining a robust knowledge framework build including process flows, SOPs.

Responsibilities:

• Set up a comprehensive training framework involving multiple clients and multiple processes
• Be the primary point of contact for Operations Managers for Training & Product Changes / Polices related matters
• Create separate process training packages based on the client and process
• Oversee SOP management and updation
• Create a comprehensive knowledge management framework with process flows, SOPs including management of system process flows and SOPs
• Planning & Delivery of New Hire Batches & ensure their speed to proficiency as per standards
• Create a robust License to Operate assessment for new hires
• Execute Classroom Observations & make changes to add value on Classroom Delivery & Training Modules & report to partners in an effective & reoccurring timely fashion
• Be part of Train the trainers & design/revisit framework for Training as & when required
• Manage dissemination of weekly/daily/hourly changes on process & track retention via Process knowledge tests & other tools
• Liaison with the Trainers and subject matter experts to understand training needs for new and existing resources
• Drive Cross Training across processes
• Establish a reporting framework to report on new hire trainings, refresher trainings and process knowledge tests
• Manage hiring of candidates and sharing regular updates

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications
• Any Graduate

• Prior experience in setting up training framework

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrable client / partner management and project management skills

• Self-Starter with ability to work independently

• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with SMEs spread across US, India, Philippines and Mexico

Preferred qualifications

•Judgement, personal effectiveness, team handling
• Competence in handling Change Management
• Demonstrated competency in navigating through structured as well as unstructured client business settings
